Boston (February 29, 2016) —
Touring Boston’s inner and outer harbors, Boston Harbor Cruises’ fully narrated, 90-minute historic sightseeing tour departs from the city’s Long Wharf pier, where—fun fact—Boston’s first shipment of bananas arrived in 1871. The cruise incorporates tales of the Revolutionary War, in which Boston played a key role, and local legends of the sea. Other highlights include Boston Light, the nation’s oldest continually staffed lighthouse; Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area, a pristine collection of 34 islands and peninsulas spread over 50 square miles of bays and rivers; Boston’s working harbor; and examples of extravagant waterfront living.
As of March 1, the start of the program year, each 2016 Boston CityPASS ticket booklet will save travelers 43 percent off combined admission to the included attractions. Boston CityPASS prices: $55 for adults (a value of $96); $42 for children, age 3-11 (value $76). Ticket booklets can be purchased online at CityPASS.com or at any of the participating attractions. They are valid for nine consecutive days, beginning with the first day of use.
For more than 19 years, CityPASS ticket booklets and admission cards have been premier products for travelers who want to visit a destination’s top attractions while enjoying significant savings. CityPASS booklets/admission cards, which have a 97 percent customer recommendation rating, are available for New York City, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Southern California, Tampa Bay and Toronto.
