Horrible experience. Do notrecommend!
I had a bad experience with CP other than ease of getting it online. Everything else was pretty horrible. First it has to be used within a week which is not always possible. One of my grandchildren got sick and we couldn’t get refund for the city pass we only got partial one so I’m disputing it with my credit card. Absolutely unacceptable Customer Service! Second city pass I bought I wasn’t able to use that either, due to a family emergency. It expired and City Pass refused to reimburse me, even partially. I do not recommend to get city pass. It’s much easier to go to museum on your terms because if something unforeseen happens, you will be pretty much screwed.

Easy to use, a great deal
We’ve been to many attractions on previous trips paying regular or senior prices, so this time with our granddaughter decided to try the CityPass as it was economically efficient. We did the zoo, aquarium and children’s museum in 3 days. Easy to use. Would be nice to see a slight senior discount added, but very pleased with the purchase.

Buying the CityPASS was a great option for us when we were visiting on vacation. Saved us money.
It was super easy to use except at the Zoo where we had to wait in a separate line to get tickets to get through the gate.

Great visitor-friendly product
CityPASS was really handy when wanting to visit several places! I don’t think we would have seen so many attracions without CityPASS. Purchasing and using it was really easy

Not for special exhibitions!
They don't warn you that you won't be able to make reservations for special exhibitions at, let's say, the Denver Art Museum. This is ONLY for standard entry. Just an FYI.

Extremely convenient!
I bought CityPASS for the first time while in Denver recently so I could occupy time slots between medical appointments. I’m sold on CityPass because of the venue choices, pricing options and savings, online purchasing ease and convenience of electronic tickets. The entire process was done one my phone! I strongly recommend CityPASS.

Ended up buying tickets again straight from museum
I had originally bought the CityPASS with the main goal of going to the art museum to see the traveling exhibit. On the museum's website the exhibit was included in the general admission ticket. CityPASS advertised that the pass would cover general admission to the art museum. After I arrived to the art museum and redeemed my ticket, I was informed that the exhibit was for general admission but not included for CityPASS tickets and I had to buy another ticket (the whole price of general admission) and I lost out on the potential for using my CityPASS for another activity as it was already activated. If I would have known this ahead of time, I would not have chosen to do CityPASS at all.

Good but missing one thing!
I bought the CityPASS when it was on sale which was a GREAT value to see three city attractions. The only let down was that the Denver art museum had a “Wild Things” exhibit that I could not add to my ticket. I wouldve had to purchase a general admissions ticket from the museum in order to add on the exhibit. Overall, still a great value.
