Adorer la Grande Pomme
C'est la première fois que nous avons utilisé un CityPASS. Nous étions en train de prévoir notre voyage quand nous avons vu plusieurs pass pour des activités à New York. C'était la meilleure option pour nous, étant donné que nous ne pouvions rester que cinq jours. Quand nous sommes arrivés aux diverses attractions, nous avons comparé les prix. Une excellente façon de voir la merveilleuse ville de New York sur un petit budget ! Nous avons adoré le city pass ! Il nous a permis une flexibilité dans nos jours, ainsi que de découvrir que nous en avons eu pour notre argent, sans cette pression de se sentir obligé de passer toute une journée dans chaque musée ou lieu touristique. Je continuerai certainement à utiliser CityPASS pour visiter les villes où il est disponible.

Great value for service
CityPASS is a nice service and very well integrated with the providers of the experiences.
We were able of doing many things in NYC thanks to their service (Statue of Liberty, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, American Museum of Natural History, and Guggenheim Museum).

So far, so good!
I have not been on my trip yet so I can't comment on whether the tickets will all work as expected. However, I would say that the CityPASS website and app work very well. I bought 4 tickets which were easy to add to the app. I then used the website to place bookings. This essentially mimics the way the app works but I prefer to sit at my laptop. I found this worked very well. I selected the dates for the attractions. Clear information was given on where to go etc. on the day. The app immediately updated to confirm the booking and display my tickets for each event. I also immediately received an e-mail with the tickets. I was impressed how well this worked and, unlike tickets I've bought from elsewhere in the past, nothing happened to cause me any worry.

Easy and well worth it!
After reading many reviews for passes while in New York? I went with the CityPASS C3 pass and it has been excellent. I chose the 3 experiences before I left home and selected my days and times and on arrival to the attractions, everything went as planned - easy quick scanning of the code from my phone and we were in. I chose the Empire State Building, 9/11 museum & memorials and the Statue of Liberty tour. The C3 pass was great for the few days we were in New York and I highly recommend the CityPASS.

Brings savings but expect to pay more
I went on my first trip to NYC and had CityPASS recommended by a friend.
I got the standard 5-attraction pass and used it during my stay.
While I was happy that this helped me save some money as compared to buying the attractions individually, I was kind of disappointed with a few aspects of this pass. Firstly, the 5 attraction pass does not allow selection of all 10 available attractions that are available on both the 3 attraction and full 10 attraction passes.
This was a shame as I later realised I wanted to visit the edge however this was not available.
Secondly I was quite disappointed with how restrictive the pass was in terms of the extras for each attraction - almost every attraction had some other additional fees if you wanted the full experience (Empire state floor 102 costs extra, certain circle line cruises are not available and cost extra, 9/11 museum audio tour requires extra payment etc.)
I still think the pass is a decent deal but it did disappoint me when I still ended up having to spend quite a bit more money for the full experience.
